  • Our doors open at 12pm each day of the festival. (SUNDAY ONLY -Pool Party 12PM - 4PM, Mainstage opens @ 4PM)

  • The festival end at 12AM (Midnight) on Saturday & at 10PM on Sunday.

  • No. Mystic Garden is a 19+ event. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry.

  • If you purchased your festival passes online and have recieved a QR code ticket. You will use these QR tickets to scan and redeem your festival wristband at the entrance gates on July 11-12th. For Early Wristband pickup there will be select available time and locations in Windsor, ON beginning in July. Announcements will take place on our socials.

  • Yes! We will have available Single and 2-Day Passes available at the entrance gates for a flat rate fee. (Cash/Debit/Credit Accepted)

  • Yes! We do allow re-entry during select hours and all attendees must comply with our allowed/not allowed item lists and security checks upon every entry.

  • Yes! We have a selection of local food vendors and an exclusive festival bar that serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that will be available all festival hours.

  • Yes! You should receive an email confirming your order and containing a QR code for EACH pass that was purchased.

  • There is no dedicated festival parking lot. Attendees are encouraged to utilize nearby public parking options and, whenever possible, carpool with friends to help reduce congestion and ensure parking remains available for everyone.

    Please be respectful of surrounding neighborhoods and businesses, obey all posted parking regulations, and never block driveways, laneways, or emergency access routes.

    Mystic Garden Music Festival is not responsible for vehicles parked off-site or any parking violations incurred.

  • Yes. Cold bottled water will be available for purchase at the bar throughout the festival.

    Guests are welcome to bring empty plastic water bottles and hydration packs/CamelBaks into the festival. Attendees may refill these containers using available taps on-site at their own discretion and risk.

    Mystic Garden Music Festival does not provide dedicated water refill stations. Guests are encouraged to stay hydrated and plan accordingly throughout the weekend.

  • No. Only service animals recognized under applicable laws are permitted and must have hearing protection.

  • All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer or resell your ticket privately.
